IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION ALERT!!

AFTER NOVEMBER 1st WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU READ OUR CHRISTMAS SHIPPING INFORMATION AT Christmas Shipping Alert You may order at any time and your order may arrive in time for the holidays but because orders are shipped from China directly we want our customers to be sure before they place their order.

Please be advised that Bonfire Designs personalizes the products on this website with our own creative designs however, all of the products on this particular website are received directly by the vendor who processes the payments, prints the items as ordered and ships them directly to the address you provide. Their work and products are very nice quality but shipping is directly from Hong Kong, China and the vendor tells us that orders may be held up in Customs before entering the United States.

I have no control over the delivery unfortunately, and although most orders are delivered on time I want to let my customers know that if they have any reservations about delivery dates please reconsider your orders before placing them. There may be no delay, but we would rather inform our customers than have them be disappointed!

Many of the items found on this website are also available with my custom designs from other vendors and can be found on my main website at Personalized Gifts At Bonfire Designs such as travel mugs, t-shirts, clocks and tote bags. Prices from some of my other vendors may be a little higher but shipping because it is not from Hong Kong is much quicker. I will keep trying to find a vendor that will offer personalized watches and offer better delivery times.

Orders are not stock items and each is personalized and will be produced and shipped within 2-4 days, transit time may be expected to be between 2-4 weeks. The shipping fees and transit time are the same to US, Canada and all other countries. Standard Flat Rate Shipping does not offer any tracking numbers or services and will be delivered by postal mail. FedEx TrackIt Shipping Service will provide you with a tracking number.

ORDERS PLACED FROM LAST WEEK IN JANUARY 2011 THROUGH FEBRUARY 14 2011 MAY EXPERIENCE ADDITIONAL DELAYS DUE TO THE CHINESE NEW YEAR! Orders may still be placed with no problem however please consider shipping time before placing orders during this time.

Our standard shipping prices above are for your entire order!  We do not charge you extra for additional items, so the more you order-the better the sale is for you too!  Although FedEx shipping is more expensive, it offers much quicker delivery and you may find that our product prices are so inexpensive, you still get a great buy using FedEx Track-Able Shipping.

Although our standard shipping service may not be the quickest around, the quality of our work and variety of our products is worth the wait!
